Nice hotel with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me find a better taxi on my first stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to coming back for Christmas.

Everything was excellent; the services, cleanliness of the rooms, the location was good fairly close to many public transportation. Free internet access was a great option too. I liked this hotel, it's really value for your money.
Breakfast was not excellent ( good enough), and the internet connection was somehow problematic. Although it was in the rooms but getting connected was not easy.

Absolutely horrendous stay, I can't believe I had to endure jackhammer noise all day with such terrible room amenities, even the shower curtains were appalling. And when I asked for compensation, the staff had the audacity to dismiss me. It's shocking that I didn't even get a welcome gift after all the trouble! I just couldn't recommend this place.

The restaurant was GOOD for lunch, I tried tasty dishes. Close to an underground station, the location was perfect and incredibly comfortable. A cool bonus was Hygge Kaffe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

It is in pleasant location to Rossio Square, set right next to the hotel. It is next to bars and restaurants.

Proximity to metro stations, responsive internet service, large, spacious hotel rooms
The centrally controlled air conditioning needs urgent reevaluation for individual comfort!!! Outdated TVs and decor suggest that a drastic facelift would enhance guest experience!!! Tight parking conditions could frustrate those traveling by car!!!

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities in room, free wifi, spacious room, reasonably priced parking.
Crappy Nescafe coffee from a machine and orange squash at breakfast.

The staff were helpful,, especially the young lady at the front desk who arranged a taxi for me at 4:30 in the morning after a long flight. Plus, breakfasts were full of fantastic pancakes and carrot cake that took that morning edge off, you know what I mean?
It wasn't exactly a budget stay,, but the good outweighed the price.
